Device-only

Local use requires no account. You remain solely responsible for how you apply the tool on your device.

Account / cloud

If you create an account, you must verify your email before logging in, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully for your own workflow. Pro unlocks cloud sync. You may stop using the account anytime; we may suspend accounts for abuse or security risk. Signing out ends cloud sync for that session; delete requests go to info@ekahinalu.com.
